As the world responds to the challenge of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the team here at Plasfilms wishes you and your loved ones the best of health.

Plasfilms is committed to providing both a safe working environment for our employees, and ensuring business continuity for all our customers and partners. As such, we have executed a comprehensive contingency plan covering multiple scenarios including an increased move to working from home. We have ensured that our teams are capable of performing their various job responsibilities remotely with no drop in productivity or service quality, and we are committed to keeping our cloud-based platform fully operational, without interruption.

We have set up a COVID-19 team to monitor the situation. We are informing staff in what is a rapidly changing situation, and following the advice issued by the Government.

We firmly believe that businesses should be helping each other where possible during this period of unprecedented change and uncertainty.

Due to the ever changing situation across the globe we face unprecedented times, and as a result we are experiencing challenges across many sectors of the business, and in particular to pricing and lead times, in addition to other factors that are beyond our control.

We continue to work closely with our suppliers/partners, and we continue to communicate with them to try to mitigate any potential disruption. However, as demand continues to grow, greater restrictions on movement/travel and fluctuations of exchange rates, these factors are impacting on supply.

We find ourselves in a challenging situation, and therefore we can only confirm lead times and prices with our customers once we have received a confirmed order.

I hope you can appreciate the current situation, and we continue to work with our suppliers to maintain the continuation of supply.
